Of the classmates who reported information to the Baylor Alumni Records Office, over 3291 students have matriculated since 1951.
Not all students were enrolled in the graduate school. It is a two year residential graduate program at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The average cohort is 42 students. The 1951-1953 cohort was the first to earn the Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) degree from Baylor University. Since 1953, over 88.4% of U.S. military students have graduated.

Over 1,950 graduate management
projects (GMPs) were produced during the one year residency.
Of the American students, 78.4% were promoted, and 65.2% made O5 (LTC) or higher.
There are 26 graduates who reached the rank of general officer/admiral 
, 44 students were Senior Executive Service (SES),
145 students earned post-Baylor doctorates 
,
and 22 of the 30 program directors are graduates.
